The Community Action Program (CAP) gives recognition to students for their participation and service to the school, and the school community, in activities that fall outside of their daily academic life.

The CAP program allows students to demonstrate the SSIS core values of “Dedicated Service,” “Balance in Life,” and “Respect for All” in a variety of ways.

Twelfth grade students are required to attain a minimum of sixty hours of CAP credit during their senior year as a requirement for graduation.
